Jennifer offers career coaching services on topics including (but not limited to) career exploration, the job search process, resumes, cover letters, interviewing, and negotiations. She has helped clients get into exclusive schools and incubator programs, and get jobs at places like Google, P&G and Kelson. Others that she has worked with have raised significant investment and sold their first franchises. Jennifer has been invited to write about her techniques for Forbes, Business Insider, and more, and is often invited to do talks on the topic (e.g. TEDx).
“When a recruiter from Google contacted me and told me they’d like to schedule me for a phone interview, I immediately went to Jenn to help me prepare. I’ll admit that I was dreading the phone call a bit, both because I hadn’t been applying to jobs recently and I felt of practice, and because interviews had never really been my strong point, anyway. Jenn was extremely helpful and was able to send me a large collection of notes and sample interview questions she had collected over the years. She also sat down with me to teach me several interviewing techniques and ask me practice interview questions, after which she gave me feedback on my answers and suggestions for how to make my best qualities stand out even more. Jenn not only helped me improve my interviewing ability, but she also helped me improve my confidence in my ability succeed in the interview process. When the day of the phone interview rolled around, I felt well-prepared and confident, and as a result the interview went extremely well. Shortly after, I was brought in for several in-person interviews, which Jenn also helped me prepare for. Jenn was always there to help when I needed her, even when I was sent a set of questionnaires late at night and needed to complete them by the next morning. When I received an offer from Google at the end of the application process, Jenn even helped coach me through the process of reviewing my offer letter and resigning from my current job. I couldn’t have done it without her!”
